About The Role

As a Programme Officer you will you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our Supporting Armed Forces Reserves in healthcare programme. You will: 

  • Support engagement and networking activities  

  • Work as part of the team to help with the administration and organisation of the programme, maintaining effective administrative systems, answering queries, and supporting the maintenance of webpage content.  

  • Prepare and coordinate high-quality event materials, including agendas, presentations, training resources and joining instructions.  

  • Communicate with delegates, clients, speakers and venues, and respond to event enquiries. 

  • Provide event logistics support, take notes and minutes, and manage event surveys to gather feedback and support programme reporting. 

  • Maintain and update programme and training materials to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency. 

About You

You will be a team player with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders. As well as having excellent communication skills you will: 

  • Have a high attention to detail and the ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results 

  • Be confident using data and insight to support decision-making, solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement. 

  • Be able to support change initiatives, adapt to new ways of working and continuously develop skills and knowledge.
