Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a passion for supporting high-quality programmes and events?

We are looking for a Programme Officer to join the NHS Alliance and play a key role in coordinating engaging learning, training and stakeholder events. 

About the role

As a Programme Officer you will: 

  • Prepare and coordinate high-quality event materials, including agendas, presentations, training resources and joining instructions. Communicate with delegates, clients, speakers and venues, and respond to event enquiries.
  • Provide event logistics support, take notes and minutes, and manage event surveys to gather feedback and support programme reporting.
  • Maintain and update programme and training materials to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency.
  • Use CRM systems, Microsoft Teams and virtual event platforms to support programme delivery and provide effective event administration.
  • Manage event registration systems, bulk email communications and website updates to promote events and keep programme information current.
  • Support dashboard reporting by analysing programme data, tracking engagement and feedback, and assisting with event budget monitoring and financial administration

About you

As well as being organised and proactibve you will have experience in event or programme administration and are able to use webinar and virtual technologies to deliver high quality online/hybrid events.

You will also:

  • be a proven team player with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.
  • have excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear information sharing and building positive working relationships.
  • Have a high attention to detail and the ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • be confident using data and insight to support decision-making, solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • be able to support change initiatives, adapt to new ways of working and continuously develop skills and knowledge.
