This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

As a Partnerships Officer you will:  

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Partnerships team. 
  • Manage the administration of sponsorship, partnership and exhibition agreements, ensuring contracts and deliverables are accurately tracked.  
  • Maintain and develop accurate records within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other business systems, supporting reporting and forecasting activity.  
  • Coordinate commercial and financial processes, including invoicing, contract monitoring and income tracking.  
  • Support the delivery of partnership events, meetings and communications, including stakeholder engagement and logistical coordination.  
  • Act as a central point of contact for partnership-related enquiries and team activities. 

 

About you

We would love to hear from you if you:  

  • Have experience providing high-quality administrative or coordination support in a busy environment.  
  • Are confident managing contracts, records and tracking multiple deadlines.  
  • Have experience using CRM or database systems to maintain information and produce reports.  
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy building positive stakeholder relationships.  
  • Are highly organised, detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage competing priorities.
