About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Membership and Engagement Officer to join our high-performing and welcoming Membership Engagement and Support team to:
Coordinate diaries, meetings and agendas, ensuring the efficient operation of the membership team
Support the delivery of projects and key initiatives, helping to keep activities on track and delivered to high standards
Support member networks and forums, ensuring information is shared effectively and participants remain engaged
Manage membership administration processes, including CRM updates, data management and purchase orders
Provide flexible administrative and operational support across the wider team as business priorities evolve
