This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.
The vacancy
As a Research Analyst you will:
Contribute to a high-quality evidence base for the organisation by using quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Support proactive and reactive research and analysis projects across multiple policy areas and the media.
Build and analyse member research, including surveys, to improve understanding of the challenges facing members and the NHS.
Monitor and analyse NHS performance and health datasets, identifying trends and supporting colleagues with insight.
Maintain data quality in central spreadsheets and dashboards to effectively communicate findings through graphs, infographics and dashboards.
About you
We would love to hear from you if you have:
Experience analysing quantitative and qualitative data, including survey data.
Experience using Microsoft Excel for data visualisation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills underpinned by good project management practices.
