Salary £27,580.00 (pro rata) - 21.5 Hours per week
Location Agile working, Leeds base with regular travel to Leeds. Occasional travel to London and other areas

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you have: 

  • Experience from within the pension or HR profession. 

  • Knowledge of the NHS Pension Scheme and how it can be used as a tool to attract, motivate and retain staff in the service. 

  • Strong communication skills with a proven track record of engaging others and explaining technical information in a simple, creative and engaging way. 

  • A passion for engaging with stakeholders and developing and maintaining strong, long-term working relationships, including with employers, trade unions and commissioners. 

  • Knowledge of the challenges currently facing the NHS wider workforce. 

  • Some knowledge of local NHS pension administration would be interesting but is not essential.
