About the role

The Venue Operations Officer will be at the heart of the everyday running of Horizon Leeds, delivering a 5-star quality service to all delegates who attend meeting and conferences at Horizon Leeds - https://horizonleeds.co.uk/

  • Support the Facilities and Venue Operations manager with the day to day running of a busy Conference and Events Venue
  • Be the first point of contact for onsite client support
  • Provide 5-star customer service to all Horizons stakeholders
  • Liaise and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing suppliers.
  • Provision of pre-event management and event operational support

About you

We are looking to add a proactive, organised, and individual to our team. You will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and a keen eye for health and safety, you will also have:

  • a passion for customer service and providing great operational service / support,
  • the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working in a small team you will get to experience the operational running of a busy events & hospitality venue.
