Are you a forward-thinking HR leader looking to shape culture and drive meaningful change across an organisation at the heart of the healthcare system?
We’re seeking an exceptional Head of People & Culture to play a pivotal leadership role in delivering an engaging, high-performing workplace. Sitting within a strong strategic leadership structure, you will work in close partnership with the Deputy Director to bring our People strategy to life translating vision into impactful delivery across the organisation.

About the role
As Head of People & Culture, you will provide visible leadership of the People function, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, people-centred service. Acting as the organisation’s senior operational People lead, you will translate strategic direction into practical, effective solutions that drive performance and engagement.
