The vacancy
About the role
As a Communications Assistant, you will:
Create engaging content for a range of channels, helping to promote NHS Employers' work and key messages to members, partners and stakeholders.
Support campaigns, events and product launches, assisting with planning, coordination and delivery to ensure successful communications outcomes.
Simplify complex information, turning technical or detailed content into clear, accessible and engaging messages for different audiences.
Develop your communications expertise through a Level 4 apprenticeship programme, gaining hands-on experience in media, digital communications, reputation management and stakeholder engagement.
About you
We would love to hear from you if you:
Enjoy writing and communicating ideas in a clear and engaging way.
Are curious, creative and interested in storytelling, social media or campaigns.
Like working with others and building positive relationships.
Are organised, pay attention to detail and enjoy juggling different tasks.
Are keen to learn, develop new skills and build a career in communications.
Have an interest in the NHS and the difference great communication can make.
