As the only membership body for the whole healthcare system, we are uniquely placed to bring together, support and speak for leaders and organisations across the sector. We join the dots between different parts of the health and care system; we understand the challenges our members face.

Building relationships with industry is a key way we help our members and inform our work. Partnerships can help the NHS get up stream, adopt technology, work differently and achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness in a challenging time. We are good at this; we are ambitious and want to get even better. Therefore, we are expanding our Industry Engagement & Policy team to support this.

We have a great opportunity for someone with a wealth of understanding of the health policy landscape, to apply this to help us maintain and build new commercial partnerships, create new products and support our programme events

About the role

Are you ready to manage relationships with some of the biggest companies working with the NHS, like BT Health, The ABPI, LinkedIn, and more? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

You will:

  • Manage Key Partnerships: Account manage relationships with our key partners, ensuring strong and productive partnerships.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work with our commercial and policy teams to grow these relationships, design new commercial offers, and secure sponsors and exhibitors for a range of events for NHS leaders.
  • Expand Our Network: Continuously build our pipeline of new partners, helping us grow our income and support our members.

About you

Are you an innovative and creative thinker with a knack for spotting opportunities? Do you excel in commercial and relationship management? If so, we want you on our team!

Can you?

  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders: Work closely with senior leaders across our organisation to understand our goals and the challenges our members face.
  • Design Impactful Products: Use your insights to create new products that help our members thrive, while also supporting our events, conferences, and bespoke packages.
  • Drive Sales: Lead a small, dynamic team as our sales manager, helping us achieve our ambitious growth and expansion goals.
