The ICS Network are looking for a PA and Senior Engagement Officer to join their team to support the day to day running of the network and manage key projects in our policy and delivery programme of cross-network activity.

As a PA and Senior Member Engagement Officer in the ICS Network you will support the ICS network director by managing their diary and ensuring they are prepared for key meetings, engagement and events. You will also:

  • Lead the coordination of key ICS Network member meetings, including our Board, ICB CEOs, ICB Chairs and ICP Chairs.
  • Work with the ICS Network team and use your knowledge of the issues affecting integrated care systems to deliver high-quality events and communications and build positive relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate our programme of visits to health and care services across the country, to help ensure the NHS Confederation’s work is informed by work and change on the front line of our members’ services.

About you

As an experience PA or diary manager you will be organised and be great at building and maintaining positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

You will also be:

  • proactive, especially in understanding stakeholders’ priorities, identifying opportunities and acting to capitalise on those opportunities
  • responsive and agile in a rapidly changing environment and to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • experience in member or stakeholder engagement
