This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

As pensions senior programme support officer, you will work with the team to support the delivery of the pensions work programme.

You will:

  • Provide secretariat support for national meetings of employer and trade union representative
  • Help to gather intelligence from employers in the NHS about the issues they are facing in relation to pay and reward and identifying examples of good practice.
  • Project manage specific pieces of work
  • Researching and developing key resources to support employers to promote the value of the NHS Pension Scheme.
  • Develop and maintain areas of the NHS Employers website – drafting information about latest developments in our work area

The Key Requirements…..

  • You are able build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have experience of working in effective teams but also be able to use your own initiative to solve problems
  • You are able to manage your workload and competing deadlines
  • You have experience of organising and providing support for formal meetings with multiple stakeholders and can summarise complex information using simple language
