This is a Temporary, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

This is a fixed term role for 12 weeks.

About the role

As a Programme Assistant Intern you will:

  • Gain a broader knowledge of the NHS and the work NHS Employers does to support it.
  • Provide effective business and administrative support to programme activities.
  • Work collaboratively to develop website and social media content.
  • Support and develop future social media communications plans.
  • Coordinate and update routine programme reporting tools.
  • Manage the coordination and administration of internal and external meetings, webinars and other events.
  • Manage the programme mailbox, responding or redirecting queries as required.

About you

  • Are able to prioritise workloads and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Have demonstrable organisational skills.
  • Are able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills.
  • Have a good knowledge of MS office tools including MS Teams.
  • Promote an inclusive culture at work.
  • Are in your resettlement period or have recently left the Armed Forces (within the last 5 years)
