Our CEO is at the forefront of driving our vision, and we are seeking a talented Diary Manager to ensure their day-to-day activities run smoothly.

About the role

As a Diary Manager you will:

  • Be responsible for the strategic planning of the CEO’s diary to ensure efficient use of the CEO’s time, this includes management of the day-to-day electronic diary for the CEO
  • Informing key stakeholders are informed of upcoming meetings
  • Ensuring the CEO has the relevant papers and briefings prior to meetings
  • Act as the initial point of contact for external stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other PA’s from across the organisation and develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and colleagues

About you

We would love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have experience of running a diary for a busy CEO or senior leader in the health and social care environment
  • Are able to development and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
  • Are an excellent communicator and have great organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Have an understanding of the NHS structure and key bodies.
